Enquiry has been made at the Immigration Department

for the Goverment of Canada, Oceanic House, Ia, Cockspur Street,

S.W.I., and the records of that department show that in the year

1927 Reginald Redvers LOCK and his wife went to Canada as farm

workers under a scheme authorised by the Canadian Government.

About 2 years later owing to a trade slump LOCK

was thrown out of employment and therefore became chargeable to

the public funds.

As a result of this he and his wife were

repatriated to this country at the expense of the Canadian

Government and arrived at Liverpool on IIth, January, 1930, on the

s.s. Montrose".

Since this time nothing has been heard of

LOCK and his present whereabouts are unknown.

Nothing is known of the subject of this enquiry at

Canada House, Trafalgar Square, S.W.I.
